Well said!! I fully support breastfeeding and have spent most of my married life either pregnant and/or nursing. Hehe! I think society now days highly contributes to hinder breastfeeding, from the super fast paced life, and the idea you have to keep up with the Jones's, and people's learned disgust for the sacred endeavor. I am very happy for the people that do support breastfeeding in the manner it is meant to be. And I think the best thing a struggling mom can do is find a local La Leche League and get help! I've never had to do this, but I know they are the ones to go to. Usually, if women seek help at all, it's at the pediatricians office or the hospital, in which those people are usually sadly of no help. It upsets me greatly when doctors even tell their patients they need to stop breastfeeding for various reasons, when the reasons are rarely legitimate. I wish all mommy's and babies wonderful nursing relationships!! (=
